In North Carolina, there is no prelicensing education requirement to sit for any of the licensed Adjuster exams. To prepare for the required Adjuster's test, however, most applicants elect to complete our Property and Casualty prelicensing courses, taught by Gordon Skeeters, CIC. Taken together, these courses cover nearly all of the information asked on the Adjuster's exam. They include direct access to our professional instructor, custom-designed textbooks, dozens of practice test questions, a test-prep review session and the NC Candidate Guide. Supplementary handouts are also provided, at no additional cost, to cover the small portion of Adjuster-specific exam material not discussed in class.

As noted above, the Property and Casualty courses will meet back-to-back weeks on the following schedule:

Wednesday — 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Thursday — 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Friday — 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Students will need to submit the state-required insurance license application through NIPR and pay all associated fees. For details on completing the application, please review this document provided by the Department of Insurance.

**Per NC Statute, an Adjuster's license may not be held simultaneously with  Property/Casualty licenses. Fingerprinting is not required for Self-Employed or Company Adjuster applications.**
