COMMUNITY OUTREACH
When you complete a prelicensing or Continuing Education course at The Rendleman Company, the dollars you pay go a long way! Our company is a proud supporter of several local charities and organizations. A portion of our annual income is donated to nonprofit groups that, we believe, continue to make Greensboro and the Triad a great place to call home.
![]() American Heart Association
The Triad chapter of the American Heart Association works tirelessly to raise both awareness of the dangers posed by heart disease and stroke—and of their prevention via healthy lifestyle choices—and funds for research and eradication. |
![]() Friends for an Earlier Breast Cancer Test
Founded in 1995, Greensboro-based Friends for an Earlier Breast Cancer Test is focused on the single goal of helping develop a biological test for the early detection of breast cancer, as opposed to simply finding a cure for active disease. Early detection can prevent invasive surgeries, minimize treatments and dramatically increase survival rates. |
![]() Jamestown Rotary
As part of the International Rotary Club, this local group brings business and professional leaders together to promote community service, fellowship and personal development. The Jamestown chapter works on a variety of community, district and international service projects. |
![]() Panther Athletic Club
The Panther Athletic Club encourages, supports and furthers the athletic programs of Our Lady of Grace School. Funds help defray the cost of equipment, uniforms, tournament fees and league dues. The PAC also supports programs that recognize graduating athletes and exemplary coaching staff. |
![]() Reelin' for Research
Reelin' for Research is an annual fundraising event that benefits the NC Children’s Promise organization of the NC Children's Hospital. In 2008, a small group of Greensboro men started this organization in honor of a friend who passed away from cancer. In just seven years, this bluewater fishing tournament has raised $1,415,000. Each year individual donations, corporate sponsors and countless volunteers work to meet their goal to “land a cure for the kids.” |
![]() Safety Town of Greensboro
Safety Town of Greensboro is a two-week program held every summer for children aged five and six. Sponsored by the Nat Greene Kiwanis Club, the Greensboro Police Department and other local civic and business organizations, this award-winning program provides attendees with a complete curriculum in biking, pedestrian and water safety. |

![]() UNCG Spartan Club
The UNCG Spartan Club is the athletic booster club for the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
